Groupy bar is moved down in MS Office programs :(

Yo, guys!

 

I have tried to search but found nothing, so if this problem is already mentioned somewhere - please do tell me about it. Anyway, the problem is that Groupy bar is moved down and is located in the middle of the program title bar in Office apps, at least in Word in Excel, but I suppose in all the others as well. For other programs, like Explorer, it is working fine, and also if you maximize the Office program to full screen - it also is showing correct, but not in a "window" size. If there is a known fix for this - please tell me, or fix it in future version, thanks! :>

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information.

1) Windows 10 versions?

2) Groupy Versions?

3) Any theme application installed such as Windowblinds ? or any other that change windows appearance?

Hello,

First this is how its look on groupy on excel on my pc.

Second please try the purge and reinstall steps : https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#reinstalling .

Please redownload groupy from your account https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

Install that version just to make sure its fresh. And don't forget to reboot after the install.

Did what you said, and it changed nothing - still the same problem. Maybe it is cause I use the 125% scale on my monitor in settings? - http://joxi.ru/n2YV1k3coOxB8A

But then again - why Explorer or, say, Notepad, behave normally, and they are also from Microsoft?

Ok, I can reproduce your problem if I move Excel from 100% scaling monitor into 125% scaling monitor. I have forwarded your problem to Stardock Support team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.

With regards on problem not appear on Notepad and Explorer vs Excel. Excel, infect all office apps, have different skin engine. You realize that Windowblinds too have problem skinning MS Office Apps.
