Mouse Pointer Always Shows Busy When Hovering Desktop Since Folder Portal

After Reboot and touching a Folder Portal the Mouse Pointer Shows Busy Until Reboot

Window 7 - Fences Version 3 recent release

After using Fences Version 3 for several months without issue I recently started using Folder Portals and noted that the Mouse Pointer displayed System Busy until the system was rebooted.  Interestingly, the pointer is normal when hovering of any style of Fences Folder yet the system busy starts whenever I select something for the folder portal.  Originally, I was setting up Folder Portals for network folders and read in the forum that it is better to use local folders on the C drive and I rebuilt and redirected the Folder Portals accordingly without improvement.  Is the Mouse Pointer in System Busy and issue that has no resolution?

Hello,

I've not read any report as yours regarding busy mouse on Portal fences. I have my Fences running on Windows 7 too and no such thing on my system. Could you let us know more about your system.

1) Os Version.

2) Fences version.

3) Loaded software upon startup.

4) System Hardware

Thank you,

Please try purge and reinstall steps : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

Make sure to re-download the latest version of Fences from your account. Reinstall it. Reboot and retest.

Report back.
