activation problem

What the Hell is going on. i purchased on dec., 2012 object dock pLus V2, order Number 2376753. More than two years ago a updated  by downloading Version 2.20.
Since one months every day twice the Software ask me to activate it. So i have to dig out the Licence Number in my mails copy and paste to activat the Software again and again.
I guess that is not o.k. What happend?? Please help me to solve that bug.

Hello,

Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time. A "Run" dialog box will pop up, please paste the path below into the "Open" field and press OK.

%ProgramData%\Stardock\

In the folder that pops up, you should see a folder named ObjectDock. Please delete this folder and all of its contents.

After you have deleted that folder, please attempt to activate once again and it should succeed without any errors.

Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue.

Thanks a lot for your assistance.

The first two trials were not really sucessful. After one day problem happend again.

Now, since 5 days it works without any Problem. Hope it will be finally solved.
