Can't open Configure

As the title says, I can't open the configure at all. I have reinstalled / purged then re installed. I am on windows 10 64 bit. Any suggestions?

are you installing Fences 3 and not 2 ?

Try this, go into C/Program Files(x86)/StarDock/Fences and click on Fences.exe. and see if your config opens.
