flickering background - click dots 2 go2 screen - pulling files snags other files

Windows solid background color flickers to black when cycling through 6-7 fences screens. I have 2 extra monitors on my HP ZBook 14 G2. No prob with picture background. Fences 3.0.8.1 //Windows Version10.0.17134 Build 17134

Also I would like to be able to click the dots 2 go 2 screen when cycling through screens.

Also, when pulling several files to a screen 3 screens away, they snag on files in between (say screen 2) and pull them with them.

Nothing on that page indicates what the effect of the operation is. There is talk about purge, reinstall, default settings which all indicate that present settings will be lost.
