Groupy Taskbar Icon

I've only been using Groupy a couple of days.  I believe I am running 1.15rc, although the 'About' process only says 1.1.  I;m using Win 10 1803.  It is taking some getting used to, though I think I like it.

One thing I would like to suggest.  When I minimize a Groupy, the icon that is left on the taskbar is that of whichever program was active at tthe time.   I see that that is logical but I find it mildly confusing when I am trying to find it to reopen it.  I would prefer that there be a Groupy specific icon.  Of course, that would mean I would need to be able to specifiy different Groupy icons for when I have multiple Groupys running.

I note that the .groupy files are text files, essentially .ini files.  Is there a guide to the syntax/meaning/effect  of the different lines?

Hello,

If you want all groupy icons appeared on the taskbar, you will need to disable the "only show a taskbar button for the active window in a group"

You can get to it via Groupy 3 dot ->Setting -> Visuals Bottom right "More Settings" Button.

Ah.  Well this may be better but not really what I was asking for .When I minimize a Groupy Group (need a better name for that) I would like to have a variation on the Groupy icon.  You know, stylized G with quadrants, black on left and orange on right.  Except I would like to create variations on that so that I could have several different GGs minimized and tell them apart.

So, I guess what I want is the ability to specify a 'minimized' icon in the .groupy file.

And, as long as I am asking for the moon, howzabout the ability to specify the inactive tab color per program? Or, at least, a more prominent divider between inactive tabs.  But different colors would be better.

OK, one last rabbit hole.  My favorite text editor is NoteTab Lght.  (https://www.notetab.com/notetab-light)  It refuses to group.  Any idea why?

One simpler-to-implement method might be to allow one application within a group to be set as "primary". That means each time the group is minimized, the primary application gets last focus and its icon appears on the taskbar.

After that, please ask the dev to team to work on allowing each group to have a customizable taskbar icon and tray icon. Thanks! :)
