Download Limitation of WinCustomize

I am currently at my download limit on WinCustomize. (97756065 / 52428800)

So, I purchased one WindowBlinds product (“Rounded”) in expectation of download limitation to be lifted.
But download limitation remains effective now.

How can I freely download WinCustomize items?
