1) Unusual behavior when dragging a desktop file 2)Files disapearing from the screen

Happy New Year to Y’all
Note: I The following problems don't exist with Fences turned off.
Problem 1
With Fences running, files saved to the desktop go the top left corner of the screen. If I try to drag that file without refreshing the screen, all of my fences, (and I have a bunch), drag with it?
Problem 2
Some random files saved to the desktop disappear. If I navigate to C:\users\xxxx\desktop, the files are then visible?
