Double-Click on icon

Very slow or ineffective

I'm using version 3.0.5.12 on Windows 10 (version 1703)

Since I installed this new version:

Starting a program by double-clicking on the icon has become a pain in... I never had this problem before! I have to start over the maneuver once or twice. Very annoying!
Starting "Configure Fences" takes at least 20 seconds! Same remark!

Could you help me to fix these problems. Can't wait for an update!

I'm experiencing the same issues too. Using the most recent version of Fences.
