I've replaced my old Dell mouse with a new Logitech Dark Field mouse and it has simply stopped working. I can't move current fences and I can't create fences. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Running Windows 7 SP1, Intel Core i7-4790, 16GB mem, 64bit operating sys

Did you download the most current mouse drivers from Logitech?
I'm not sure how Fences would be affected with a new mouse. As was suggested, I'd look for new drivers and then make sure you have the latest version of Fences from your account.
I'm completely flummoxed. Windows is UTD, mouse driver is UTD. I've never seen and issue like this on a simple app. Usually once installed a mouse or pointer will have little to no effect on an individual app as long as it works in Windows. 
Anyone else have a suggestion?
Stardock mod maybe?
