I bought it, but cannot use it

I bought object desktop, downlaoded the manager, got a paypal reciept and an invoice from stardock,but the manager says there is nothing i can install and the website acts like I don't own it and asks if i want to buy it, and it's not in my orders. this isn't ok.

It is the weekend so Stardock won't be back until Monday.

Is the PayPal email you used to purchase ObjectDesktop the same as your WinCustomize email?

I sent one to their sales support one, and it's weird because i tried tochange my email and it said it would send a validation, but it never did, and i asked it to multiple times aswell. the invoice went to the new email, so maybe that's messing things up? either way I'm pretty upset that i dropped 50 dollars and it looks like I'll likely not be able to have fun customizing stuff until the week days start when i have no time

Have you tried here to Transfer Registrations to your WinCustomize account?

https://www.stardock.com/accounts/registrations/

Enter the PayPal email into the Source Account and your WinCustomize (Stardock) email in the Destination Account.
