Start 10

install issues

I have just bought, installed and activated start10. After reboot , I opened the program and picked my preferences and rebooted. Nothing happened on reboot. Absolutely nothing... no error messages etc.  I am using a HP desk top with the current windows 10 upgrade.

I am mystified and cannot figure out what the issue is. It is installed but not there

Can you open the config (via the start menu) and take a screenshot of the first page of the config and share it?
