My latest version I could download from OD is 3.0 build 619. FauxS-Toon was made with 3.1 build 647...Is this released yet?

No not yet, from what it looks in SDC dated 03/20/2003 still 619, probably other fixes and features going on for the next update.

Think he may be one of those that runs/tests internal builds which might explain his higher ver number but just a guess really.
