Please reboot to complete Start10 uninstall before proceeding with installation

On two of my machines, I'm getting an error telling me to reboot to uninstall Start10 before I can install a new copy.   However, after I reboot the machine, I get the same message, and I can't install Start10.  How can I solve this problem?
