Finces 2.13 Won't install on my new pc

Hi,

I have a licence for Fences 2 which I have been happily using on a Windows 10 PC for some time.

Have just got a new laptop and when I try and install it I get a message "This app can't be run on this PC".

Any Ideas?

Before, when it ran on 10, was it already installed when you upgraded to 10?

I would recommend contacting support as something is blocking the installer from running and it should not be.
