refund please

I know mycolors is no longer supported but why can you still by themes for it I am kinda pissed because the first time I EVER paid for software it doesn't install. This is damn pitiful I sent 3 emails to them and not one response. I am only asking for them to fix the problem or else I want a complete refund of $50 bucks thats a lot to someone who is disabled and on a miniscule  government income (SSI). I am posting on this forum to maybe light a fire under ttheir buttocks and get my crepe fixed or give money back.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble...

When you create multiple tickets (3), in 24 hours, and then keep responding to them before we do, it makes them harder for us to see (spam is sent in the same fashion is why).

That said, support has merged all of you tickets and answered.

I am extremely disappointed neither dragon nor growler will install and abracadabra isn't even there I have no registration number for it I really want this to work because it's the first software I felt was worth a damn. Please help me maybe give me a link to download it to my computer then install locally .
