[Fixed] Fences loaded, but my Fence doesn't appear

Windows 10 non-insider startup issue

Uninstalled, clean Fences registries, and disabled WinPatrol during reinstallation process fixed the issue.

On startup, Fences seems to be loaded, I can drag right click on desktop to create a new Fence.

But all my saved Fences does not appear until I open Fences app and go to "Color & appearance" tab.
