Fences 2 & Safe Mode (Win10)

Hello to ALL,

Since one week I try to start my PC in Safe Mode.

And I have the message "Impossible d'ouvrir cette application"  (impossible to open the application)

After this message I obtain a black Screen with only icons in the Task Bar, except Fences all works in Safe Mode.

I'm not sure, but can that be a problem by Fence?
