how do you get idiots in customer support to actually READ what you write

Now I had the complete package and recently received an offer, so decided to use it again, now Stardock have my email they sent the offer to my registered email, why then when you follow the links on the offer does it send all the activation codes to my paypal e mail address rather than the one they already have and use and the account I already have activated and use.

Then when you send them a polite email asking to merge the now 2 accounts into one, you get a generic email "go read FAQ" etc etc. Have the common damn courtesy to actually read the emails you are sent and reply to whats asked. Its a typical pig ignorant reply you would expect from a large company expeically a US one where customer service means no service what so ever.

Be a cold day in hell before I ever purchase any of your software again, not because its poor software but because you are a very poor company!!!
