Constant reboot required

When installing windowblinds 10

from Stardock Forums

hey guys... i just repurchased windowblinds 10 and it wont let me install.. it keeps telling me a reboot is required to finish uninstalling before installation can begin but I dont have windowblinds installed.  stuck in this loop .. anyone can help?

Any idea guys? purchased today and id love to use it if it let me install in the first place!  This is the message its giving me.

Did you have a version of WindowBlinds installed before WB10?

It looks like the installer is incorrectly detecting it.  I will find out what it is looking for.

If there is a rebootrequired.txt file in the WindowBlinds install directory (c:\program files(x86)\stardock\WindowBlinds) then delete it
