Windows in the Blender application appear white until redrawn

I'm using the beta version of WindowBlinds 10 and I noticed that in Blender that any windows created by the application, including the main window, will be completely white until you resize the window.

I've tried an assortment of per-application settings, including titlebar only skinning given the nature of Blender, but the only way to remove the problem is to disable skinning entirely.

Just wondering, have you also turned to Blender's support for help? (https://www.blender.org/support/

Also, a screenshot might help Support, as well as knowing which video card you have, when/if you updated your graphics driver and what your OS is...

End of DrJBHL's quote

Disabling all skinning for Blender in per-application settings fixes the issue so the problem is likely to be with WindowBlinds.

I wanted to make Stardock aware of the issue but if they want to look into it or not is up to them.

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Build 10586

GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7970, Driver: 16.150.2401.0

I recently updated my graphics drivers to the latest release but I was having this issue from before the upgrade.

I also have two displays.
