game crash when trying to enter a match or training

I can enter the game well enough.  Whenever I try to start the campaign, scenario, or tutorial it crashes

You will find a log file in: My Documents > my games > Offworld > Logs > output.txt

Posting this as well should help. 

Also, the min requirements list DirectX 11, but I'm not the one to tell you if that's the issue or not.

Your graphics card is very weak and outdated. I recommend updating the driver first. If that doesn't help (which is most likely), go to Steam folder --> steamapps\common\Offworld Trading Company and try to run the game via OffworldD3D9.bat file.
