i know that right now that there is only one way to use windowsblinds with windows 10. That is with object desktop. does anyone have any idea if there will be a windowsblinds 10 coming out in the near future? I miss my windows blinds soooo much :puke: :puke: and it seems as if there are some new themes i would love to put on my computer.

Very safe bet (farm, mortgage, you name it) that WB will be released as a standalone upgrade when it's considered ready (out of beta).

Yes, once WindowBlinds 10 is released it will be available for Object Desktop members and as a stand-alone purchase or upgrade.

Some kind of expected date would be cool, i know a lot of us have tried win 10, but reverted back to earlier versions because of the lack of imagination with it, bland bland bland. I personally cant work with white backgrounds, all my work at nights, so still waiting patiently ....

The problem therein is that when Stardock should miss the expected date announced, the mobs would most surely start whining about it.

"You said it would be released in Feb. 2016. Why aren't you giving us what you promised!!!!"

That kind of thing. Not that there isn't already a lot of complaining. It really doesn't help. It won't be ready until it's ready, no matter how much complaining is done.   ;)

i only watch this from the outside, but my impression is that Stardock's no-communication policy angers far more people than a missed release date ever could.

it's a really awkward way of having relations with customers, particularly in 2016.

I'm here communicating now, but we just don't have an exact date to give for a variety of reasons, one of which is the dates can move quite frequently.

I would expect we'll have more definite news in the coming weeks though.
