Windows 10 November Update Issue

Pin to Start 10

The Windows 10 November update seems to have broken the pin to Start 10 facility (i.e. items in the Recent Pane).

Where are you trying to pin from and what type of thing are you pinning?

I'm trying to pin items that are already in the "Recent" pane for an application in the main pane (jump list, if you like).  The pin icon appears as disabled (greyed-out) and pinning doesn't happen.
