Start 10 Open submenus when I pause on them with the mouse pointer

I've selected the option to Open submenus when I pause on them with the mouse pointer but it is not working. How do I get this working?

Do you have the latest version installed? You can download it from here:

I have version 1.05 installed. When I run check for update I get No updates found. Thus I assume I have the latest version. I looked for something on the website that reflected the version available but did not see anything
