Fences freezes, crashes, dissappears and then comes back under Windows 10

Hi,

I've upgraded to Windows 10 and installed 2.13 and Fences is acting very strangely with the following symptoms (none of which appear to have been raised before):

1. Fences takes a long time to start, but when it does it looks ok
2. If I try to double click on an icon in a fence, the icon highlights and then nothing happens and the desktop freezes. Then after a while clicking anywhere else on the desktop de-highlights the icon and then double clicking on it works. The create fence option briefly appears
3. It will then start working for a while, but then it stops working again and does 2 again. It looks as if when you right click on the desktop it then stops the icon double click from working as in 2
4. After a while the whole screen flashes and Fences crashes, i.e. the fences disappear and the folder portals disappear
5. Right clicking on the desktop will freeze for a while and then Fences appears to start working again, i.e. the fences and folder portals reappear
6. See 1 above

Note that once fences crashes everything works fine.

I've used Fences since the very first version and just can't do without it, but this is so annoying. Please can we have a working version.
