Cannot Install Start10 under Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Installer says I do not meet Mininum Requirements

I tried to upgrade my Start Menu 8 program but the upgrade installer said it was not compatible with Windows 10. S0 I then paid for an upgrade to Start10, and tried to uninstall Start8. Most parts of the program did uninstall, but I got error messages to say two parts did not, one being a start menu 8 dll. Now when I try to install Start10, I get an error message saying that my computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements - but in fact it does. Settings - About shows I am running Windows 10 Pro 64bit. What can I do?
