Edge and Task View missing from taskbar when Start10 running
Running the release version of Windows 10. When Start10 is running, once any application is run, the Edge and Task View icons disappear from the task bar.

There was some confusion over this issue initially as there was a related problem which we fixed for 1.0, but this one has been reproduced now and resolved having understood what was happening.
I hope we can put out the update next week.
i too have the same issues, auto hiding the taskbar makes edge icon and 2 of my quick start icons vanish
also i have another problem - when i bring up the start menu the right hand side of the menu is 100% transparent instead of being solid blue, happens everytime i launch Windows 10, only way to sort it is to go into setting and reset the back ground! this also need fixing!

ive since changed the start menu look from shadow to rounded windows 7 but im still getting similar problem - 1st pic is how it should look, 2nd pic is how it looks when 1st booting into windows

I have reproduced this. It seems limited to custom themes only.

This continues to be an issue for me.. Edge and Taskview icons disappearing. Windows 10 64 bit pro (clean install). Is there a newer version of Start10 available above 1.0.0?
Is your taskbar set to autohide? If so we have fixed this internally and it will be released in the next update. I am hoping that will go out later this week.

The beta 1.01 is out and should address this issue. It is on the downloads page for customers.
Installed it. Unfortunately the issue persists.
Can you go to the Start10 install folder and right click on Start10_64.dll and see what the signing date is on it please.

Looks like you still have the old version from v1.0. I just checked mine (which fixed the bug) and the signing date of the DLL is August 20th.
