Can't run program

Object Desktop requires internet access to login

All I wanted was fences.  When I went to purchse it, I ordered Object stardock by accident.  Within 10 mintues, I tried to contact this company by every means possible, including sending a facebook message to Brad Wardell.  NO responses to any of the forms of communication.

So now I am wondering if I cancel the autopayment portion of Oject stardock, can I still use fences?  Since I am guessing here I am going ot say yes...since on one of my computers I still have the free version and it still works great as long as I don't update the file.

So then I decided to download object desktop and at least get the "fences" off of it.  The several times I tired to launch it I keep getting the error message, "Object Desktop requires internet access to login".  What the heck kind of company is this?

One very unhappy customer.

stillgoinnutz.... If you have made a purchase in error you will need to contact sales@stardock.com via email.  They will be able to sort you out.

Stardock's sales/accounts department is available in Normal business hours [US time] Monday to Friday, however on occasion you may receive communication/feedback/response here online outside of those hours.

Re 'Object Desktop requires internet access to login'....Object Desktop is a subscription-based delivery system that does require Internet access to provide you with the software and with updates as appropriate for that software during the time period of the subscription.  That's particularly necessary at the outset....otherwise there's no method/opportunity to access that software and provide it to you...;)

stillgoingnutz,

When you respond to your own ticket, you get sent to the end of the line. Since you've responded to your own ticket 17 times, we haven't been able to respond except the one time. I've responded once more and ask that this time, you respond once until we've responded again. Thank you.

stillgoingnutz,

The_Gear is Stardock support.

He has said in comment #2 above that they have replied twice to your support request. If you have not received an email from them then please check your spam folder.

As he has mentioned, each time you send another email your position in the support queue gets reset. Support tickets are replied to on a first come first served basis.

Have a bit of patience and your issue will be taken care of.

Check your spam folder if you did not get an email from Support in your email inbox.

After 25 days, my issues has been resolved.  The way to contact customer support is not intuitive.  The phone number doesn't help.  Thank You for your help.
