Issues with v1.02 (final release)

I played a game today and noticed some issues in 1.02. I created Screenshots with description, I hope this is ok so I don't have to type all of them again here.

I added "v1.02 -" in front of all current issues.

I know the preparedness center issue was fixed went from +95% per level to +5% per level. Did you start a new game with version 1.02 before making those screenshots?
