Purchased New Copy

I had to use my recovery disc to reset Windows 8.1 pro x64, got slammed by some aggressive malware. so I had to reinstall the app but when I tried to activate it I get error code 212 so... frustrated after trying to fix it I bought a second copy,- reinstalled 1.08 tried to activate it and get the same error 212. Who's brain storm was this... to create code to block you out of a program that is legal and paid for just because windows crashed. What useless waist of time, for me a paying customer, having to jump through hoops like this.

You will need to delete the license folder located here for the App you're trying to use: 

C:\ProgramData\Stardock

Then attempt to activate again. Unfortunately it appears that your system has some malware problems, which could have attributed to this. Purchasing additional copies would not have fixed this however. I will go ahead and send you a refund for your duplicate purchase, but I'm going to need to know which email you purchased under.
