Fences popup does not allow me to input product key.

I purchased fences 2.0 but when I try to use it a popup appears. When I try to click "input the product key" nothing happens. When I click "purchase product key" the small window shows a section of the Stardock website.

If you haven't done so already then please contact support and start a trouble ticket.

Were you using the trial? Did you install the full app from your account?

I have input a help ticket into the system. I am awaiting a response. I had a trial before, I uninstalled it. I then downloaded fences from my account. Is there a way to erase the trial completely? It may be in my system somehow.

You can uninstall the trial like any software through the Control Panel.

I would like to know how much am I paying for Fences. $9.99 at first and then $3.00 a month from them on. 

How can I find out exactly what I am paying for this application.

If you are purchasing Object Desktop Infinite which includes Fences then it will be $9.99 initial and $3.99 monthly to keep all the applications active.
