can't apply new skins

after installing windowBlinds 8 i get a error message when trying to apply new skin ( any skin ) : Problem detected window shows up with the follwing message : windowBlinds does not appear to be installed correctly on your machine. I have tryed rebooting , reinstalling and rebooting .. same message. Any one knoew how to fix this _

Have you tried un-installing, downloading the installer from your store page (Not ODM) https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products disabling your AV and reinstalling. ODM has been problematic with downloads and installs. Avoid it.

tryed uninstalling and reinstalling without the ODM and with disabling AV and still get the same error massage.
