I have the 'Start menu' plugin but it doesn't show in the list of plugins. How do I add it and configure it?

to add it... you should just double click on it... find the file you downloaded and double click it... I don't know about configuring it... becasue desktop x has their own start menu plugin in I've never to had to put in another one... but it should be a compressed file with a .dxpack or something like that kind of extension. when you double click it will be added

Hold the 'CTRL' when making a new object, that will bring up a dialogue where You can choose old plugins,

I just downlaoded a new desktop, how do I install it, I get a messege stating windows can not open this file? I have xp pro for op system
