Start 8 doesn't work after the update to 1.5

Hi!

This morning I installed the update to Start 8 1.5. But after several restarts the program just doesn't activate. When I click the shortcut I get the configuration-menu of the program, but when I click on the startbutton I go directly to the windows tiles. Somehow the program is being ignored by Windows.

Can somebody help me out?
