Fences Windows 10 Compatibility

Fences Windows 10 Compatibility

Basically what the title says. Fences is an integral part of my desktop with all the nice features it provides so before I opt-in to to try the new sleek looking Windows 10 version I'd like to know if it actually works, at all.

Thanks!

I'm facing real issues by reinstalling Fence 2.13 on my PC under Windows 10 x64. The installation window doesn't give other than <back option although the activation code and email address entered are correct.

What's is the solution?

Perhaps your DPI is set to over 100%?

No way. I'd to restore the system as Fence installation process couldn't be stopped at all. The system became unstable and hanging. I'm really afraid to reinstall this program in my working PC.

Go to this page:

https://www.stardock.com/products/fences/download.asp

Scroll down almost to the bottom of the page and click on the "Click here" link in this line:

"Own Fences Pro?   Click here to find out if you qualify for upgrade pricing."

I don't know for sure if the version 1 will get you an upgrade discount, good luck.  :)

i am having issues with fence 2.13 and Windows 10 as well. I am on a Surface Pro 3 with Dual Monitors

- Fences disappear and i have quick-hide turned off.

- Icons do not stay in the fence.

- I try and drop an icon into the fence and it does work, instead it is behind the fence.

- When i boot fences move to different screens or icons are missing from fence but not visible on the desktop
