Please to note:


In submitting a ticket to support, you are required to give a captcha set of letters.   I found that if you include spaces,

you will be told there is no match and you will have to try again.    Run all the letters together, with correct case.

I figured this out only by trial and error.

It seems to me that I do recall having to give a captcha response when submitting tickets, but I didn't have to with my last two tickets. Is there something about the process where it finally recognizes a source as not automated?

This was the first time the captcha appeared for me.   I assumed it was new and universal, but perhaps it is only an occasional check.
