I was playing yesterday a bit and found a few weird things:

1.) U.P. Resolutions that did not "pass" would appear on every subsequent U.P. meeting as "Repeal: [Insert Resolution that did not pass]" with every resolution that did not ever pass (there were a lot of them).

2.) Humans declared war on me in the second turn, but would vote for me to be U.P. chair every time (even after I wiped them out) - seems a bit illogical, unless they were just trying to placate me.. if so, bravo, I was not expecting that! It did not help them in the end though 

3.) Humans begged for peace even after I had eliminated them from the galaxy (humans did not appear on power graphs, so I am sure they didn't sneak away to another planet)

4.) Trade routes (the actual line from my planet to theirs) would disappear and pop back up in later turns, or would change color to black and red lines.

5.) Some ship designs rolled over into a new game with the same race, but most did not.
