Golf is a premium skin that is available to WinCustomize subscribers.

It's a skin meant for subscribers, so it cannot be emailed or given to you.

go to the  wincustomize site and click on your login name in the top right corner. the pull down menu gives you various options of which "subscriber skins" is one of them.
