Registered Fences keep asking for product key every several days

Fences regularly asks for product key

I am a proud owner of Fences.

But on Windows 8 every several days I get pop-up message from Fences that I have to enter product key,

purchase product key or to start 30 day trail.

So every time I have to log-in to Stardock to copy/paste product key and succesfully activate Fences.

Fences is wonderful, but how do I solve this registration problem?

RedneckDude: We are investigating the issue further, currently. We found something else happening that was very odd. When we have it fixed we'll update this thread.

Nubby - You had been reset on the 3rd and only just activated, so it makes sense you saw that. You should be all set now.

I just had to post a 'Thank You' to sdRohan.

Recently Fences2 and ShadowFX began asking for activation every time Windows started on only 1 of my 4 laptops.  I had uninstalled the two as I looked for an answer.

sdRohans post here from August 28, 2014 had the answer and fix I needed.  All is well again...

Fences  just started saying rego on another computer.  it isn't,  but it might think so as I have Windows 10 insider,  currently on 10547
