This was a great product. Now that I made the MISTAKE of downloading the new version it keeps asking me for a product key. I keep entering it. It keeps asking me. How do I fix this very annoying problem?
Does it want me to pay for this again? Is that the issue? I just bought this app late last year.

How often is this happening? It is probably best to open a support ticket with us if you have not already.

This is a tool that we use to gather relevant log files and basic information about your computer. Once the utility finishes running, please attach the .zip file it creates on the desktop when you create a ticket here.
