Transparency problem inside mouse area selection (mouse drag)

Hello,

I have transparency problem inside mouse area selection (mouse drag). When i make selection with my mouse, I don't want transparancy area. How to fix the problem ?

If looks like you have a custom explorer background set.  This is normal for that scenario.
