E-mail customization ?!

Does anybody have a favourite e-mail program with a good, customizable interface.
Also, has anybody tried 'Incredimail' and what's your opinion if you have.

There is like a neo something out there. If you do a serch for browser on SciFi.com they have a few skins for it and a link to it. I've use it only a little, but it seem cool.
