Upgraded to Windows 8.1; upgraded to Start8 1.41.
Since then, I cannot get apps to pin to the start menu, nor will Start8 display the shortcuts on the right side of the Start8 menu.
I have uninstalled Start8, restarted, and then reinstalled Start8 ver. 1.41. Three times. Same result each time.
Help.
Your right hand side is completely blank? If you drag and drop an item onto the menu, does it show up?
It is probably best to open a support ticket with us if you have not already.

This is a tool that we use to gather relevant log files and basic information about your computer. Once the utility finishes running, please attach the .zip file it creates on the desktop when you create a ticket here.
Also, please reply with any screenshots that may help illustrate your issue(s).
Im also having the same issues trying to "pin to Start" with version 1.41 and Windows 8.1 Pro 64.
I can't even "Unpin from Start", move, resize or re-arrange any tiles. The problem goes away when I disable the Start8 service and do a log off/log on.
I've purchased Start8 coz i really like it, but this bug is very frustating. Please fix asap!
