Window title bar and system icons too small at high dpi
I have a new MacBook Pro with retina display that I use Windows 8.1 on. I have downloaded WindowBlinds but every skin I apply has the same problem - tiny system icons. These are the icons in the title bar (eg window minimize, window maximize, window close), also the icons on the bottom right in the notification area of the task bar, and also the right arrow icons in the Start menu (I am using Start 8 to get a proper Start menu going).
The tiny size affects programs like Firefox - the top title bar is now so small that there is nothing to grab onto to drag the window around.
It may be a switch in Windows 8.1 itself - I have played around with everything that I could find but nothing works. Maybe some skins are only optimised for certain resolutions - in which case it would be nice to know what might work at high dpi settings.
Hardware: 15-in 2880 x 1800 pixel screen (native resolution) at approx 220 dpi. Intel Core i7 CPU with Nvidia GeForce GT 750M
Software: Windows 8.1 Pro, 64-bit OS, WindowBlinds 8.03, Start 8 v1.31, Modern Mix v 1.12, Firefox, Thunderbird, Skype (not much else as I am still in the process of loading all my programs onto the new machine).
Any clues as to what is going on here? I've already paid for the software so I don't want to waste my money.
