Minimize Fences

Was searching to see if Minimizing (Not Hiding, I still want to see where they are)
Before Fences I was just using folders for this job (Put apps or whatever Shortcuts I want in a folder, Open it to see them all, close it to "Minimize" it) but I would love if their is a way (is their?) to mouse over it to show the contents of a fence , (ghosting sorta works, but also ghost the Title bar) and see the contents, but when not over it, just see the title of the Fence group?
oh well, other that that, I'm enjoying being back after a few years.
