help: Steam Crashed after installing Stardock object desktop

recently i installed object desktop pack and i got some crashes for my file system such as 

 

Error Code: -137

Failed to load web page (unknown error).

Messages within the steam client like that are typically an issue with Steam's site, not with the application. Site errors tend to occur a lot during sales when the load is high; if it persists you should contact Steam's support.
