i whant to use old themes in windows 8
example skin "sublime" i whant to use it in windows8 too how to do this or fix or maybe i will gave the lag but i very need this)! please reply
Give it a try, it won't hurt your system in any way. At worst, some parts will not be skinned. If you try one that doesn't look good on 8, just switch to another one and delete the one you tried.
Many skins will still work fine on Windows 8 even if they were made for XP, Vista or Win7.
vital32 also sent me a PM on Sublime in reference to the TM Suite. I told him that Stardock Design made the WB skin and would need to be updated by them for Windows 8. 
i tried to add sublime theme at this adress C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock but it not showed in the WB 8(

Please stop adding whatever Google code you are trying to use in the forums.
If your talking about the start menu open Start8 and use small icons in the Configure tab and remove some icons from the start menu. That will make it smaller.
Or if you don't need 20 programs on your start menu just use the allocate room for large icons and choose a small number. I use 7 and my start menus are short.

I tried to add this skin in windowblinds 8 but it not shown then in programm!!!!

Make sure that Sublime skin has been extracted under this folder: c:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds\
In Windowblinds 8,click the left upper-handed round icon,choose the "rebuild list" option,it should has shown out in Windowblind's skins library now.

As for the Sublime skin I don´t understand why this would act any different from any other theme. I can use ANY theme although the ones not especially made for 8 looks a bit...funky
