my recent purchase of windows blinds/skin studio

I have just purchase the above but when i try to activate with the serial numbers and my e mail and password it shows as incorrect,i have tried everything and now i am stumped,no help from stardock either,can anybody help with reg product and is there a way to copy and paste ser number without using the clipboard,never know a programme to be so hard to register before

Creating multiple forum posts will not get you closer to a solution.  Ken sent you the manual activation page instructions.  If you are having issues with them, please respond to the ticket with what they are and Ken will assist.
