[1.4] Consistently fails to respond @ popups

I have noticed that every time the game freezes on me, it is always when I get a pop-up that I need to click on (and then locks up). Whether it is someone declaring war, or just a group of monsters that I am adjacent to, it has become a pattern. Don't know if this helps bug hunting, but might as well throw it out there. Debug file in case it helps:
